Occupancy
ADR(Average Daily Rate): Average rate of all sold rooms.
Calculation:
(Total room revenue) / (Number of all sold rooms)
Average Daily Rate: Average rate of all sold rooms. Calculation: (Total room revenue) / (Number of all sold rooms)
RevPAR(Revenue per available room): (total room revenue) / (total number of rooms)
PickUp room night: how many rooms were booked on the last day
PickUp Revenue: revenue of the rooms booked on the last day
MTD Revenue: Month to Date, it shows the revenue for the current month compared to same month last year, on the same date.
YTD Revenue: Year to Date, it shows the revenue for the present year compared to last year, on the same date.
