Reputation summary

To analyze your guests' feedback, Rateboard gets data from the platform TrustYou. TrustYou analyze a huge variety of feedback platforms and OTAs (online travel agencies), to summarize your hotels' feedbacks.

With this tool, you get the summary of the most important platforms with your average score and a link to the platform. This makes it easy to check for feedback by platform and to check how the feedback average varies between the platforms.

Meta Review

The Meta Review summarizes all reviews and gives an average score for all feedbacks, different languages, or by number of people travelling. You can even read what your business guests are writing.

With this tool, it is easy to get an overview on what is rated best in the hotel, and what your guests do give a lower score for. So, you can always see where there is room for improvement and what is it your guests like in the hotel.

The reputation page gives you a comprehensive overview of your current and historical reputation across all common rating platforms.

All data presented on the reputation page is powered and provided by TrustYou. TrustYou searches, analyzes and distills hundreds of millions of opinions from verified web sources (like Booking and Google reviews). The information is summarized by us, in a way it's easier for you to understand how your hotel is being evaluated, how this is distributed between different categories of guests and highlights on how you can improve tho hotel guest's experience.

How your all-time guests are distributed by the categories: score, type and language.

Summary

The perception your guests have of your hotels in a short phrase.

Highlights

Most relevant topics about your hotel based on your guests reviews, you can see the highlights by topics.

Score per category

Average score and useful information about the most important topics related to your hotel. You can use the guest type and language filter to have more in depth view.
