In the inventory configuration you can set the primary rooms, rooms category and each room status.

  • Primary room: you can only have one primary room per for each room category, this room will contain the base rate, from which the regular rooms will derivate from. You can define the primary room by switching the option for a specif room.

  • Status: you have 3 option for each room.

    • Active: the room is active, and the data is being used by the algorithm.

    • Archived: the room is deactivated, but the data will still be part of the counts in the analysis tool Pick-up and Budget.

    • Excluded: the room is deactivated, and the data will not be part of the counts in the analysis tool Pick-up and Budget.

Konfiguration

In der Inventarverwaltung kannst du die primären Zimmertypen, die Zimmerkategorie und jeden Zimmerstatus festlegen.

  • Zimmerkategorie: Deine Zimmer werden von deinem PMS-System gesendet, aber innerhalb von RateBoard kannst du sie nach Zimmerkategorie kategorisieren für eine bessere Übersicht und einen Vergleich mit Mitbewerbern.

  • Primärtyp: Du kannst pro Zimmerkategorie nur einen Primärtyp haben, dieses Zimmer enthält den Grundpreis, von dem die regulären Zimmer abgehen. Du kannst den primären Zimmertyp definieren, indem du die Option für einen bestimmten Raum umschaltest.

  • Status: Du hast 3 Optionen für jedes Zimmer.

    • Aktiv: Der Raum ist aktiv und die Daten werden vom Algorithmus verwendet.

    • Archiviert: Der Raum ist deaktiviert, aber die Daten werden weiterhin im Analysetool Pick-up and Budget gezählt.

    • Ausgeschlossen: Das Zimmer ist deaktiviert, und die Daten werden nicht in die Zählungen im Analysetool Pick-up and Budget aufgenommen.

  • Zimmerkategorie: Es ist eine Gruppe von Zimmertypen, für eine Zimmerkategorie kannst du mehrere Zimmertypen haben. Die Kategorien sind von RateBoard vordefiniert.

  • Room type: it's a specific room in your hotel, for each room type you can have only one room category. The room type names will depend on your PMS server.

    • Primary room type: you can only have one primary room per for each room category, this room will contain the base rate, from which the regular rooms will derivate from.

    • Other room types: you can have multiple regular rooms for each room category, these rooms will have their prices derived from the primary room, adjusted by a percentage or value.

Capacity

Here you can specify the actual number of your rooms divided by room types. You can also manage changes in the amount of room, e.g. you closed some of your rooms for renovation.

How to change capacity

  1. Click on the ADD button and insert the date from when the change will start. After that, a new room count will appear.

  2. Insert the updated amount.

  3. Click SAVE.

  • Zimmertyp: es ist ein bestimmtes Zimmer in deinem Hotel, für jeden Zimmertyp kannst du nur eine Zimmerkategorie haben. Die Raumtypnamen hängen von deinem PMS-Server ab.

    • Primarytyp: Du kannst pro Zimmerkategorie nur ein Primärzimmer haben, dieses Zimmer enthält den Grundpreis, von dem die regulären Zimmer abgehen.

    • Andere Zimmertypen: Du kannst mehrere reguläre Zimmer für jede Zimmerkategorie haben, die Preise dieser Zimmer werden vom Hauptzimmer abgeleitet und um einen Prozentsatz oder Wert angepasst.

Kapazitäten

Hier kannst du die tatsächliche Anzahl deiner Zimmer aufgeteilt nach Zimmertypen angeben. Du kannst auch Änderungen in der Raumgröße verwalten, z. B. du hast einige deiner Zimmer wegen Renovierung geschlossen.

Zimmeranzahl ändern

So änderst du die Kapazitäten:

  1. Klicke auf die Schaltfläche HINZUFÜGEN und gib das Datum ein, ab dem die Änderung beginnt. Danach erscheint eine neue Zimmeranzahl.

  2. Füge die aktualisierte Anzahl ein.

  3. Klicke auf SPEICHERN.

  4. Bitte denke auch daran, das Datum hinzuzufügen, ab dem die Zählung wieder normal ist, und wiederhole den Vorgang HINZUFÜGEN ...

Expertentipp: Denke daran, eine neue Änderung für das Datum hinzuzufügen, ab dem die Zählung wieder normal ist. Folgen einfach dem gleichen Vorgang.
