If the segment was already mapped, you will see the message “Mapped”, if not, it will show “Not mapped yet”.
Note that you can only select one option per PMS segment, either complimentary or group.
Complimentary: bookings with no or low revenue, e.g. family member booking, these reservations will not be included in the demand.
Group: group bookings, e.g. travel agency, incentives, business groups…, These reservations will not be included in the demand.
