If your PMS (like Protel and Guestline) allows bloked rooms, the amount of bloked room will also be displayed in the overview. Note that the occupancy and available rooms will also account for bloked rooms. |

On the manage calendar, you can add notes to specific dates, that will be visible to all your hotel’s users.
How to create a note
Go to the manage page;
Select a date or date range to for which you want to add a note;
Open the overview tab on the right side;
Click on notes;
Click on “Add note”;
Write your note;
Click save.

Once you are done, your note will be available for every selected date and a tag will be displayed for these days on the calendar.

How to edit a note
Select any of the days that contains the note you want to edit;
Click on the pencil icon button;
Edit the note;
Click on Save.

How to delete a note
Select any of the days that contains the note you want to delete;
Click on the trash can icon button;
Confirm you want to delete the note.

KPIs
The overview is the perfect place to check relevant information and KPIs for each day. Here you can find details about:
Revenue
Occupancy
Available rooms
Forecast: prediction of the occupancy for the current year.
Final: final occupancy for the last year.
RevPAR(Revenue per available room): (total room revenue) / (total number of rooms)
ADR(Average Daily Rate): average rate of all sold rooms
Competitors: price and other information about competitors, like if they offer free breakfast and if the reservation is cancelable. You can select the competitors you want to keep an eye on.
Events: for the current and last year, you can edit the relevant events for you.
If several days are selected in calendar, the average values of the selected days will be displayed in the overview.
