Competitors analysis
The Competitors analysis page will be available as a separate page in the menu from the release date of 25 February 2026.
On the ‘Competitors’ analysis page you will find the market data, like competitors price and market demand. In order to assess your competitors, you can customise the data displayed by selecting the filters.
Market analysis controls
All the market analyse controls work as a filter, that means that every time you select something you are narrowing down the results according to it. As a default configuration all filters are set to “Any” and “Show”. This means that the chart will display the absolute lowest prices available.
Filters
≤ → less than or equal to | ≥ → greater than or equal to
Room category: the room categories depend on what you set in “Settings → Competitors”. If you have several room types into one room category (e.g. Standard), the chart will always display the cheapest room type available.
MinLOS (Minimum length of stay): Any or ≤1 to ≤7.
Meal type: Any, breakfast, half board, full board or all inclusive.
Persons: Any or ≥1 to ≥5.
Cancellable: cancellable or non-cancellable.
Market Demand: show or hide.
Occupancy: show or hide.
Expert tipp: To make the double occupancy prices of all rooms visible set the “Persons” filter to ≥2.
Date picker
The assessed period can be changed by the slide control below the chart. You can hold the slider (light blue) and move it left or right to your desired period, you can also narrow down or widen the period you want to assess, to a minimum of 2 weeks or maximum of 6 weeks.
Each gray bar in the date picker represents a week, once you defined a period to assess the analysis chart will always start on Sunday and end on Saturday. You can also check the events that will be displayed on the top of the chart, in yellow are the current year events and in gray the last year events.
Competitors
To take a better look at each competitor you can hover your mouse above one of them, this will highlight the rate development individually. You can also select or deselect a specific competitor, by clicking on it, to hide the information in the chart.
You can also access the information in table format, by changing the tab to “Table”, this will still preserve the set filters. The table can be exported as a CSV or PDF file.
If you want to set general rules on the rates you want to shop (e.g. standard occupancy always per 2 persons) you can manage it on “Settings → Competitors”.
Expert tipp: Set your general rules in the dedicated section inside the Settings, and manage the single shopping using the market analyses tool.
