How to set up your budget

Here you can set up your own goals which will be used as comparison in the Budget analysis, by adding the target revenue and occupancy for each month or day.

  • Revenue: use the values depending on your PMS, either as net or gross.

  • Occupancy: needs to be put in percentage.

These values will be automatically broken down into daily values. However, if you have a budget based on daily values, you could enter them manually by clicking on the DAILY button.

How to create hotel groups (Bundles)

If your account includes several hotels connected to RateBoard you can create your own bundles. These bundles can then be displayed in the “Budget” analysis tool.

  1. To create a bundle, change to the “Hotel Groups” tab.

  2. Click on PLANNED BUDGET. A new pop-up window will open.

  3. Give your group a name and also name your bundles.

  4. Select the hotels for each bundle by checking the checkbox next to it.

  5. Once you are done, click OK to save.
