Info

Sending Rates Frequency: the rates will be sent every day, depending on the PMS, between 11 pm and 6 am. Also, each time you change rates manually, that will trigger the autopilot and all rates will be sent again.

Deactivating the autopilot for specific days

For days which the autopilot is active, you are not able to send rates manually. If you want to exclude individual days from the autopilot, you need to deactivate it by fixing the rates.

Info

You need to fix the rates for each category separately.

Fixing rates

Select one or multiple days in the manage calendar, then open the autopilot menu, where you can click on FIX RATES. Once you do that, the autopilot will be deactivated for the selected days, and you will be able to change the rates manually.

You can check if the autopilot is on or off for a specific day by looking at the robot at the bottom of the card.

  • Red: autopilot is not active, rates are fixed.

  • Blue: autopilot is active, rates are unfixed.
