The autopilot must be activated for each category separately.
The
autopilot is active now and is sending the rates in regular intervals to your PMS/CM
The robot icon in the Manage calendar shows days, where Autopilot is active.
Please also note: On days, when Autopilot is active, you are not able to send rates manually.
If you want to exclude individual days from the autopilot and want to set / send rates manually, please use the “Freeze Rate Functionality”.
Freeze Rates
You have the option to deactivate the autopilot for certain days, i.e. fixing the rate. You can still manually send rates to your PMS / CM for these days.
Caution! The rates are always fixed for the selected room category only.
You can fix rates up to a year into the future once the autopilot has been activated.
Select one or multiple days in the manage calendar and open the autopilot menu
You can identify days with fixed rates by the red robot icon
Sending Rates - Frequency
The rates are being sent every day, depending on the PMS, between 11 pm and 6 am
additionally, each time you are changing the rate suggestions manually you trigger the autopilot and all rates will be sent again
