Activity log is a new RateBoard feature that aims to give you more autonomy over the changes made by you, your colleagues and the autopilot. In the activity log page you can check all the rate changes made in the last 6 months, filter the ones you want to focus on or download it to share with your team.

Logged changes

At the moment, the activity log only track the activities related to rates change. For each change, you can check:

• Change time: when the change was made

• User: the user responsible for the change

• Type of change: rates [available], restrictions [coming soon] and others

• Affected date: the date affected by the change

• Details: for rate change, shows the value change for each room type

Available filters

You can assess the data accordingly to the filters you set.

• Change time: date range of when the change was made

  • Predefined date ranges are available: last 7 days, this month, last month, last 3 months and last 6 months

• Type of change: rates [available], restrictions [coming soon] and others

• User: the user responsible for the change, including autopilot

• Affected date: the date affected by the change

• Room category: the ones available for your hotel.

Il Registro dell´attività è una nuova funzione di RateBoard progettata, per offrire una maggiore autonomia sulle modifiche apportate da voi, dai vostri colleghi di lavoro e dall'Autopilota. Nella pagina del Registro d´attività, è possibile esaminare tutte le modifiche delle tariffe effettuate negli ultimi 6 mesi, filtrare quelle su cui concentrarsi o scaricarle per condividerle con il proprio team.

Modifiche registrate

Al momento, il registro delle attività registra solo le attività relative alle modifiche delle tariffe. Per ogni modifica è possibile verificare in questo modo:

• Ora della modifica: Quando è stata effettuata la modifica

• Utente: L'utente responsabile della modifica

• Tipo di modifica: Tariffa [disponibile], Restrizione [in arrivo] e altre.

• Data interessata: La data interessata dalla modifica.

• Dettagli: Per le modifiche alle tariffe, la variazione del valore viene visualizzata per ogni tipo di camera.

Filtri disponibili

È possibile valutare i dati in base ai filtri impostati.

• Ora della modifica: Intervallo di date in cui è stata effettuata la modifica.

  • Disponibili intervalli di date predefiniti sono: ultimi 7 giorni, questo mese, ultimo mese, ultimi 3 mesi e ultimi 6 mesi.

• Tipo di modifica: Tariffe [disponibili], restrizioni [in arrivo] e altro.

• Utente: L'utente responsabile della modifica, compreso il pilota automatico.

• Data interessata: La data interessata dalla modifica.

• Categoria di camere: quelle disponibili per il vostro hotel.

Das Aktivitätsprotokoll ist eine neue RateBoard-Funktion, die dir mehr Autonomie über die von dir, deinen Arbeitskollegen und dem Autopiloten vorgenommenen Änderungen geben soll. Auf der Seite des Aktivitätsprotokolls kannst du alle, in den letzten 6 Monaten vorgenommenen Tarifänderungen, überprüfen, diejenigen filtern, auf die du dich konzentrieren möchtest oder sie herunterladen, um sie mit deinem Team zu teilen.

Protokollierte Änderungen

Im Moment werden im Aktivitätsprotokoll nur die Aktivitäten im Zusammenhang mit Ratenänderungen erfasst. Für jede Änderung kannst du Folgendes prüfen:

• Änderungszeitpunkt: wann die Änderung vorgenommen wurde

• Benutzer: der für die Änderung verantwortliche Benutzer

• Art der Änderung: Raten [verfügbar], Restriktion [demnächst] und andere

• Betroffenes Datum: das von der Änderung betroffene Datum

• Details: Bei Ratenänderungen wird die Wertänderung für jeden Zimmertyp angezeigt.

Verfügbare Filter

Du kannst die Daten entsprechend den von dir gesetzten Filtern auswerten.

• Änderungszeitpunkt: Datumsbereich, in dem die Änderung vorgenommen wurde

  • Vordefinierte Datumsbereiche sind verfügbar: letzte 7 Tage, dieser Monat, letzter Monat, letzte 3 Monate und letzte 6 Monate

• Art der Änderung: Raten [verfügbar], Restriktionen [demnächst] und andere

• Benutzer: der für die Änderung verantwortliche Benutzer, einschließlich Autopilot

• Betroffenes Datum: das von der Änderung betroffene Datum

• Zimmerkategorien: die für dein Hotel zur Verfügung stehen.
